Our Mission

We work to bring social change for refugees and immigrants living in the US through technical training and job placement. Our unique program partners with Regis University, technical schools, corporations, and refugee resettlement agencies to address income disparities for this international population.

Banking on the mainframe

We provide technology training programs for New Americans with bi-lingual instructors in partnership with Regis University helping us craft a program designed to make our students successful in the workforce.  Our classes cater to this demographic with online evening courses taught by instructors who understand the unique needs of ESL students.  We take a slower pace to ensure better comprehension and small teacher to student ratios.  For most, the cost of all training supplies, tests and certifications is provided through Federal funding plus a laptop if needed.

After graduation, students have support from our Employment Coordinators to find the right fit with our employers and staffing partners.  Along with job placement, they will be offered classes for interviewing, LinkedIn and resumes.  We are fully invested in the success of our New American’s career growth.

One out of four refugees arriving in the United States has a college degree in an in-demand field, yet most individuals are underemployed. TechNation Careers offers a critical connection to career services that is difficult for New Americans to achieve independently.
